The FlexMotion Series of Gantry Robots combine a heavy duty mechanical design with the latest in robotic motion control. The heavy duty rack and pinion drive system can handle payloads up to 1000 pounds with ease. AMI can configure these gantries to span large working envelopes up to 100 ft long. The modular design allows for custom configuration to meet your plant layout.

The gantry can be delivered with a Kuka KMC robot controller with teach pendant or with the latest Allen Bradley Compact Logix multi-axis motion controller. Either system can provide easy and fast programming to get your investment up and running quickly.
